前胡总香豆素半仿生提取工艺优化

摘  要:
目的:优化前胡总香豆素的半仿生提取工艺。方法:以前胡总香豆素提取率为指标,通过单因素和正交试验方法,分别考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间3个因素对提取率的影响,优化半仿生法提取工艺。结果:以料液比1∶30、提取时间45 min、60%乙醇的半仿生液提取效果最佳。结论:该方法稳定可靠,可用于前胡总香豆素的半仿生提取。

摘  要:
Objective:To optimize the semi-biomimetic extraction process of total coumarin from Peucedanum praeruptorum. Methods: With the extraction rate of total coumarins from Peucedanum praeruptorum as the index, the effects of ethanol concentration, liquid-material ratio and extraction time on the semi-bionic extraction process were investigated by single factor and orthogonal design. Results: The optimal extraction condition was ethanol 60%, liquid-material ratio was 30∶1, time was 45 min.Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, and can be used for semi-bionic extraction of total coumarin from Peucedanum praeruptorum.
