大叶榉幼苗对NaHCO_3胁迫的生理响应

摘  要:
为研究大叶榉(Zelkova schneideriana)新品种恨天高幼苗的耐盐碱能力,采用温室盆栽试验,对其在4个不同浓度[50 mmol/L(T_1)、100 mmol/L(T_2)、200 mmol/L(T_3)、400 mmol/L(T_4)]Na HCO_3胁迫下的生长及生理特性进行研究。结果表明:不同浓度Na HCO_3处理对恨天高幼苗存活和形态有不同的影响,在低盐浓度(T_1、T_2处理)下只有轻微胁迫症状且不随胁迫时间持续加重,存活率均为100%;中高盐浓度(T_3、T_4处理)下随着胁迫时间持续盐害加重,植株出现叶片卷曲失绿焦枯,甚至植株死亡等现象,生长势减弱,胁迫至50 d,存活率分别为77.8%、44.4%。各浓度胁迫下,恨天高幼苗叶片相对电导率、丙二醛含量逐渐上升,而叶绿素含量、SOD和POD活性则呈先上升后下降的趋势,胁迫至50 d时,它们均与对照差异显著(P<0.05)。恨天高幼苗耐受Na HCO_3胁迫的范围为100~200 mmol/L。

摘  要:
The physiological and growth characteristics of Aelkova schneideriana var. hentiangao were measured to study the salt and alkaline tolerance under the stress of four concentrations of sodium bicarbonate( Na HCO_3) by pot experiments. The seedlings of Hentiangao survived the low-concentration( 50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L) Na HCO_3 with only mildly-stressed symptoms. The salt injury got severe as the concentrations of Na HCO_3 climbed up and the experiment continued,the plants appearing curl,chlorotic,and dried-up leaves,blackened branches,and even dead. As the stress went to day50,the survival rates of Hentiangao seedlings were only 77. 8% and 44. 4% under the concentrations of 200 mmol/L and400 mmol/L,respectively. The relative conductivity and MDA content of Hentiangao seedlings mounted under the stress of Na HCO_3 at all concentrations,and the chlorophyll contents,the activities of SOD and POD increased first but fell later. At the end of the treatment,all the physiological parameters measured in this study showed significant difference from those of control. It was suggested that the concentration of Na HCO_3 that Hentiangao seedlings could bear ranged from 100 mmol/L to200 mmol/L.
