摘  要：
石家庄市动物卫生监督所自2014年开始在全市范围内推广使用执法记录仪,对推进动物卫生监督执法规范化建设起到了良好作用,但在使用过程中发现,存在执法记录仪使用率不高,案卷、录像没有同时留档等问题,提出加强教育、强化培训、完善制度的建议。

摘  要：
Animal health law enforcement recorders were recommended to use in Shijiazhuang from 2014,which played an active role in promoting the animal health supervision and law enforcement standardization construction,but the utilization rate was low. Suggestions were put forward to strengthen the education,intensify training and improve the system in this paper.
