添加外源草酸青霉菌对污染土中砷形态及浓度的影响

摘 要:
草酸青霉是一种可以分解纤维素的真菌,该菌剂的添加可能会影响砷污染土壤中砷的形态转化。采用土壤培养和室内分析相结合的方法,研究了淹水条件下添加外源真菌——草酸青霉对土壤中有效性砷浓度水平的影响及其对土壤溶液中砷形态变化的影响。结果表明,在土壤淹水30 d的条件下,不灭菌不加菌种时,土壤溶液中的总砷质量浓度最低,为48.7 ng/mL,此时土壤溶液中3价砷和5价砷的质量浓度分别为2.2,42.5 ng/mL;在灭菌不加菌种时,土壤中的总砷质量浓度最高,为284.4 ng/mL,此时土壤溶液中3价砷和5价砷的质量浓度分别为198.1,49.5 ng/mL;灭菌不加菌种时,土壤溶液中的DMA质量浓度最高,为2.875 ng/mL;在不灭菌的2种处理下,均未检测到DMA。由此可见,不灭菌的土壤溶液中总砷浓度最低,毒性较小,并且外源真菌草酸青霉对土壤中的总砷浓度和DMA浓度影响不大。

摘 要:
Oxalicum is one of which can decompose cellulose,and this fungi has an effect on the transformation of arsenic species in the arsenic-contaminated soil.This article used the method of combining soil cultivation and laboratory analysis to study the effect of exogenous fungi—oxalicum on the level of arsenic in the soil solution and its impact on the speciation changes of the arsenic in the soil solution when the soil was under flooded conditions.The results showed that under the condition of soil flooding for 30 days,without sterilization and adding the oxalicum,It had the lowest total arsenic concentration,which was 48.7 ng/mL,and As(III)and As(V)in the soil solution were 2.2,42.5 ng/mL,respectively.Under the condition of sterilization and not adding the oxalicum,it had the highest total arsenic concentration in soil solution,which was 284.4 ng/mL,and at this time the trivalent arsenic soil and pentavalent arsenic in the soil solution were 198.1,49.5 ng/mL,respectively.Also under the condition of sterilization and not adding the oxalicum,DMA concentration in the soil solution was the highest,was 2.875 ng/mL.No DMA was detected from the two treatment of non-sterilization.This shows that it has the lowest concentration of total arsenic in the soil solution of non-sterilized and lower toxicity.Moreover,oxalicum has little influence on total arsenic concentration and DMA concentration in the soil solution.
