不同种植区域忍冬植株形态特征比较

摘  要:
【目的】探讨不同种植区域忍冬植株形态特征的差异及其地理气候因子的影响。【方法】选取采自山东、河南、河北3个省区9个种植区域的忍冬植株为材料,对不同种植区域忍冬植株株高与胸径、枝条长度与直径、毎枝着花数量、叶片长度与宽度、花蕾大小与重量等形态特征指标进行比较,采用SPSS统计软件对其进行分析。【结果】不同种植区域忍冬植株在枝条长度、枝径、胸径、株高、叶、花蕾等形态特征方面存在一定差异;通过聚类分析,9个种植区域的忍冬植株被聚为3组,表明不同种植区域忍冬植株的形态特征表现出明显的地理分化特征;各表型性状间及其与地理因子间相关性分析结果表明,各性状间有一定的相关性,且各表型性状受经度影响较大,与纬度和海拔相关性不显著。【结论】不同种植区域忍冬植株形态特征有显著区别,可为忍冬种质形态特征区分及金银花药材道地性研究提供理论依据。

摘  要:
【Objective】The aim of the study was to explore the morphological differences in L.japonicafrom different growing areas and to analyze the effects of climatic factors on morphological traits of L.japonica.【Method】Experimental material of L.japonica were chosen from 9 natural populations belonging 3 growing areas(Shandong,Henan and Hebei).The morphological traits(plant height and diameter,branch height and diameter,the number of flower in each branch,leaf length and width,bud size and weight)L.japonica were measured.The data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.【Results】There were significant differences in morphological traits(e.g.,branch height and diameter,plant height and diameter,leaf and bud)among different growing areas.9 natural populations were divided into 3 groups,suggesting obvious geographic differentiation in morphological characteristics of L.japonica.The statistical analysis showed that there was a correlation between traits.The phenotypic traits were influenced by longitude rather than latitude and altitude.【Conclusion】There were significant differences in morphological traits of L.japonicaamong different growing areas.This may provide a reference for species division and classification.
