摘 要:
由于单相异步电动机本身产生的磁场是脉振磁场,没有起动转矩,因此需要用一些辅助方法使其产生旋转磁场而得到起动转矩。以往采用的方法有:电容移相、电阻移相、罩极移相等辅助起动方法。本文介绍一种用双向可控硅移相的单相异步电动机起动方法,并用富里叶级数及双旋转磁场理论对系统中单相异步电动机输出转矩M随可控硅控制角α变化的规律进行了分析,求出了输出转矩M随α变化的函数关系,给出了出现最大转矩时的控制角α_M。最后,用实测值和理论值进行了比较,对理论值和实测值间的误差原因进行了分析。

摘 要:
The paper introduces a kind of single-phase motor controlled with double-thyristor phaser and analyses the relation between the different angles of flew (α) of thyristor and the output moment changes (M) of the motor in a system according to the thoery of Fourier series and double-rotating magnetic fields. And the charaeteristic curve between M and α is given. From the curve, αm is found out when M is equal to maximum. Eventually, the curve on theory is compared with the curve tested practically and the factors causing the error are analysed in the paper.
