沙蓬茎的异常次生结构发育解剖学研究

摘  要:
沙蓬成长茎中,正常维管柱的周围具有2轮以上呈同心环状排列的异常维管束及其间的厚壁木质化的结合组织。在茎的发育过程中,初生结构和早期次生结构是正常的,但后来在维管柱的外围以离心顺序先后产生2轮以上的异常形成层。第一轮异常形成层由发生在韧皮部外缘的弧状片段和维管形成层的束间片段共同构成。后一轮异常形成层在前一轮异常维管束韧皮部外的薄壁细胞中发生,有一些区域与前一轮的部分片段相连。各轮异常形成层首先向内分化木质部,而韧皮部较晚在异常形成层外缘发生。

摘  要:
Anomalous secondary structure which is composed of more than 2 rings of anomalous bundles embedded in sclerenchyma conjunctive tissue exhibuts in the developed stem of Agriophyllum squarrosum. The primary and early secondary structures are similar to those of most herbaceous dicotyledons. And then more than 2 rings of anomalous cambia oc-cur centrifigally. The first anomalous cambium consists of both the arc rings originated from the sime-mature cells adjacent to the outmost vascular bundles and the portions of interfas-cicular cambium.and successive ones arise in parenchyma cells outside phloem of anomalous bundles derived from current cambium. Some arc rings are connected with part current cam-bium. Each of cambia gives arise to xylem inside at the initial stage ,and the differentiation of phloem strands which are produced in external to anomalous cambium is later than that of xylem .
