摘 要：
在中国城镇化战略的实施中,如何解决广大农民工的城镇化与市民化是关键任务。根据社会分层理论并经过实证分析发现,基于职业差异的农民工在各方面均存在明显的层次分化,表现在对市民化的需求上也各有不同。因此,在一系列有利于农民工市民化的社会积极因素推动下,将不同职业的农民工分层分类区别对待、引导其融入各类城市是解决广大农民工市民化的有效途径。
