摘  要：
以甘蓝型双低常规油菜品种'沪油15'和'川油17'为亲本,通过回交、自交和测交,育成显性核不育恢复系HF08、临保系LB4155和纯合型两型系4166AB,并建立了无性系4166A;用无性系4166A与临保系LB4155按核不育油菜二系制种法生产全不育系4166CA,并与恢复系HF08配制杂交组合,育成显性核不育双低杂交油菜新品种'核杂17号'。采用不同地域来源的亲本通过杂交和回交,分别转育成不育系和恢复系,有利于获得优势明显的杂交种。

摘  要：
Both conventional Brassica napus cultivars ' Huyou 15 ' and ' Chuanyou 17'with double low(erucic acid and glucosinolate) content in rapeseed were used as parents, and a dominant genic male sterility restoring line HF08,a temporary maintainer line LB4155 and a homozygous two-type line 4166 AB were bred by means of backcross, selfing and testcross, and also a clonal line 4166 A was established; A hybrid variety ' Heza17 ' was produced by crossing the 4166 A with the LB4155 and then crossing the gained fully sterile line 4166 CA with the HF08. It is beneficial to use parents from different regions for breeding male sterile lines and restoring lines by hybridization and backcross so as to gain obvious hybrid vigor.
