不同果袋对丰水梨果实发育微环境及采后冷藏品质的影响

摘  要:
选择10种不同类型的果袋对丰水梨果实进行套袋处理,研究了套袋对果实发育微环境及采后冷藏品质的影响。结果表明,套袋改变了果实生长发育的微环境,套袋果实在冷藏过程中品质发生了不同变化,如冷藏80d时大部分套袋处理果实的硬度、可溶性固形物、维生素C和可滴定酸含量均显著高于对照,表明套袋处理有效地维持冷藏过程中果实的内在品质。在10种果袋类型中,外黄内黑的双层袋(编号为D-6)套袋处理的果实在冷藏80d时品质最佳。

摘  要:
Effects of bagging with 10 different types of bags on Hosui pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai. cv. Hosui) fruit developmental microenvironment and quality during cold storage were studied. Results indicated that microenvironment of fruit growth and development was changed by bagging with different bag types, and fruit quality was affected differently during cold storage. The flesh firmness, soluble solids content,Vitamin C and titratable acidity were significantly higher in most bagging treatments after stored for 80 days in cold storage than those of control. It is suggested that bagging could effectively retain the internal fruit quality during cold storage. The quality of the fruit bagged with outer yellow and inner black double-layer bag among the 10 types of bag was the best.
