基于熵值法的农业洪涝灾害脆弱性评价——以江苏省盐城市为例

摘  要:
基于区域灾害系统理论,利用熵值法,对盐城市2006年农业洪涝灾害脆弱性进行了评价,并应用ARCGIS软件绘制了脆弱性空间分布图。结果表明,位于盐城市中西部地区的建湖县、阜宁县和盐城市区为农业洪涝灾害高脆弱性区;射阳县、滨海县、响水县、大丰市为中度脆弱性区;东台市为低脆弱性区。总体来看,盐城市西部地区的农业洪涝灾害脆弱性明显高于东部地区。最后,从汛期降水量、地形和社会经济因素3个方面对结果进行了分析。

摘  要:
Based on the theory of regional disaster system and entropy method,this study aimed to analyze the agricultural flood-waterlogging vulnerability of Yancheng in 2006 and draw the vulnerability distribution map by ARCGIS software.The results showed that Funing County,Jianhu County and the urban district of Yancheng were the highest vulnerable areas while Dongtai City was the lowest.Sheyang County,Binhai County,Xiangshui County and Dafeng City were moderate.Generally speaking,the western agricultural flood-waterlogging vulnerability was much higher than that of the eastern.Finally,the study analyzed the results from the aspects of precipitation in flood seasons,landform,natural and social factors.
