摘  要：
在新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,中国城镇化进程进入"五大发展理念"引领的新时期。为顺应上海新时期生态之城的发展需求,上海绿化和市容行业提出"四化"建设的新举措,并首先编制发布《上海市公园绿地"四化"规划纲要》,这对于新时期推进上海市生态文明建设、提升城市绿化发展水平、实现卓越的全球城市目标意义重大。

摘  要：
Guided by the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, China's urbanization process has entered a new period led by the " innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development." In order to meet the development needs of Shanghai's ecological city in the new era, Shanghai's landscaping and city appearance industry proposed new measures forgreening quality improvement of "four modernizations". Furthermore, first formulated and released the "The ‘Four Modernizations' Planning Outline of Shanghai's Park and Green Space", which will promote Shanghai. It is of considerable significance to build ecological conservation in the city, improve the level of urban greening development, and achieve outstanding global urban goals.
