摘  要:
近年来,随着果树自交不亲和研究的深入,在果树中发现了许多属于配子体自交不亲和(GSI)的树种。本综述着重从基因的分离鉴定、结构功能分析综述了果树配子体自交不亲和的关键基因S-RNase与SFB同源基因的研究进展及作用机制,对于果树品种杂交育种亲和性的选择及无核品种选育有着重要意义。

摘  要:
In recent years, with the deep research of self-incompatibility of fruit trees, many species belonging to the gametophytic self-incompatible(GSI) were found in fruit trees. This paper review the research progress and interaction mechanism on S-RNase and SFB homologus key genes of gametophytic self-incompatibility in fruit trees. There is important significance for the selection of affinity of fruit trees cross-breeding and the selection of seedless varieties.
