阿魏和小茴对白灵菇菌丝生长效应的影响

摘  要：
通过对白灵菇在阿魏和小茴香两种不同的提取物培养基上的生长试验,初步研究和探讨了两种提取物培养基与常规PDA培养基对白灵菇菌丝生长影响的差异性。结果表明,两种提取物培养基均优于常规PDA培养基,对白灵菇母种菌丝的生长有明显的促进作用。阿魏和小茴香提取物对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响存在差异,小茴香比阿魏的促进作用更加显著。二者对促进白灵菇菌丝生长的最适浓度也不同,阿魏提取物培养基为1%～2%,小茴香提取物培养基为3%。

摘  要：
Through the growth test of Pleurotus ferulae on two different kinds of extraction medium of ferula and Foeniculum vulgare.the different effects between two different kinds of extraction medium and conventional PDA medium on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus ferulae was studied.The results showed that two different kinds of extraction medium were superior to the conventional PDA medium,and made a clear promoting role to the mycelium growth of Pleurotus ferulae.There are different effects on the mycelium growth of Pleutotus ferulae between the extraction of Ferula and that of Foeniculum vulgare.The medium of Ferula played a more clear promoting role than the medium of Foeniculum vulgare.The most appropriate concentration were different between medium of ferula and of Foeniculum vulgare for the mycelium growth of Pleurotus ferulae.The most appropriate concentration of the extraction of ferula was 1～2% and that of Foeniculum vulgare was 3%.The test results provided a theoretical basis for the production of mother culture of Pleurotus ferulae.
