200例食用猪肝的病理学研究

摘 要：
对取自当前广州市肉品市场的200例食用猪肝进行了病理学分析，68％猪肝存在着各种各样的病变，病变种类多达25种，不仅有肝细胞的萎缩和各种变性、水肿、囊肿、出血、坏死和钙化等，还发现恶性肿瘤以及见于癌前期或癌症的肝细胞病理性核有丝分裂像。

摘 要：
Two hundred pig liver specimensfrom current Guangzhou markets were analysed forhygienic quality by histopathology, histochemistry.andesides bacterial contamination as well Twenty -five types of lesions were detected in 136 out of 200(68 % )pig livers. Besides atrophy and various degen-eration of liver cells, edema, cyst, hemorrhage, necro-sis and calcification in liver tissues, malignant tumorand pathologic nuclear mitosis in precancer or cancerliver cells were also seen. The study showed that sev-eral to more than ten types of lesions often occurredin one specimen. The frequency of cirrhosis observedin the pig livers was very high. The lesions describedabove could influence the nutritional value, hygienicquality and storage of pig livers and the public healthas well.
