城镇定居、户籍价值与农民工积分落户——基于中山市积分落户入围人员的调查

摘  要：
基于中山市积分落户入围人员的调查发现,积分落户入围农民工是农民工群体中的精英;农民工申请落户的主要原因是为了享受城镇户口的权利待遇;近六成的人已经办理落户手续,但也有两成的人仍在犹豫或者明确表示放弃落户资格。城镇定居和户籍价值是影响积分落户入围农民工城镇落户的重要因素。在新型城镇化改革中,必须对城镇和农村两个系统的户籍制度同时进行改革,剥离农业户口背后的各项权利待遇,以推进农民工城镇化的进程。

摘  要：
Through the survey found that the migrant workers who have qualified for urban hukou are an elite group of migrant workers. The main reason of applying for urban hukou is for the rights and entitlements behind the urban hukou. Nearly 60% of them have moved hukou to the city,but also two percent of them are still hesitant or expressly waived the qualifications. The urban settlement and the rights and entitlements behind hukou are the important factors affecting migrant workers moving their hukou to the city or not. In the new type of urbanization,we must reform the household registration system both of urban and rural areas,and strip the rights and entitlements behind the agricultural registered permanent residence to promote the process of urbanization of migrant workers.
