摘  要:
采用一步合成法制备氯化胆碱/丙三醇(ChCl/Glycerol)低共熔溶剂(deep-eutectic solvent,DES),研究该低共熔溶剂在不同条件下催化活化木质素磺酸钠的最佳工艺,并探讨了处理前后木质素磺酸钠的结构与性能,及其用于环氧树脂乳化剂的可行性。结果表明:在不加搅拌的条件下,木质素磺酸钠与DES的质量比为1∶12,处理温度为90℃,处理时间为5 h时,体系的反应效率最高,所得木质素磺酸钠的综合性能最好。木质素磺酸钠经DES催化活化处理后酚羟基总含量得到增加,苯环等大分子有所降解,表面张力和泡沫性能也得到了提高和改善。经ChCl/Glycerol DES处理后的木质素磺酸钠与OP-10乳化剂作为复合乳化剂,以环氧树脂E-44为油相,采用相反转法,可制得较为稳定的环氧树脂乳液。

摘  要:
ChCl/Glycerol deep-eutectic solvent( ChCl/Glycerol DES) was prepared with one-step method,and the optimum modification condition of sodium lignosulfonate,including the reaction mode,mass ratio,treatment temperature and treatment time were investigated. The changes in the structure and properties of sodium lignosulfonate before and after treatment were characterized to study the interactions between Ch Cl/Glycerol DES and sodium lignosulfonate. In addition,the application of modified sodium lignosulfonate as the emulsifier for epoxy resin was discussed. The results showed that when the mass ratio of sodium lignosulfonate to Ch Cl/Glycerol DES was 1 ∶ 12,treatment temperature was 90℃,and treatment time was 5 h without stirring,the modification reaction achieved the best efficiency and the modified sodium lignosulfonate reached its best properties. After the sodium lignosulfonate was activated by DES,the total phenolic hydroxyl content of sodium lignosulfonate increased,and big molecules such as benzene were degraded to some extent. The surface tension and foam properties of the epoxy resin using modified lignosulfonate as the emulsifier were also improved. Finally,when using modified sodium lignosulfonate with OP-10 emulsifier as a composite emulsifier( mass ratio of 30%),a relative stable epoxy resin emulsion with epoxy resin E-44 as the oil phase could be prepared via phase inversion method.
