黄瓜单性结实的遗传分析

摘  要:
选取黄瓜单性结实性差异显著的4个材料,采用完全双列杂交半轮配(含亲本)试验设计配制杂交组合,利用开花前掐花的方法测定亲本及F1单性结实坐果率。试验按照GriffingⅡ方法配制杂交组合,按照Hayman方法分析数据。结果发现,M32有较高的一般配合力,M36×M32具有较高的特殊配合力;广义遗传力达到94.93%,平均显性度为0.989 1。黄瓜单性结实性状遗传符合"加性-显性"遗传模型,以加性效应为主。所以,要想培育出具有单性结实性能力强的F1代杂交组合,双亲都需要具有较强的单性结实性能力。

摘  要:
2 parthenocarpic lines and 2 non-parthenocarpic lines of cucumber were crossed by half mating design.The rate of parthenocarpic fruit set of parent and F1 were checked before flowered by clutching flowers.Hybrid combination was made by GriffingⅡ.Experiment date was accorded to the Hayman method to analyse.M32 has the highest general combining ability.M36×M32 has the highest specific combining ability.The broad-sense heritability is 94.93%.The average dominance is 0.989 1.The heredity of parthenocarpy was correspondent with the additive-dominant model,the additive effect was major.In order to breed F1 with high parthenocarpic ability,the parents with high parthenocarpic ability were needed.
