南极大磷虾油脂的提取及其脂肪酸组成分析

摘  要:
通过单因素实验和正交实验对有机溶剂萃取南极大磷虾油脂的工艺参数进行了优化,并利用气相色谱分析了所提油脂的脂肪酸组成。研究结果表明无水乙醇为南极大磷虾油脂的最佳提取试剂,当提取温度为65℃,时间为3h,料液比为1:9(w:v)时,可获得最高提取率为19.60g/100g(干基)。气相分析发现南极大磷虾油脂中含有14种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸占34.73%,饱和脂肪酸占65.26%;主要脂肪酸种类包括棕榈酸(29.3%)、二十二酸(20.1%)、油酸(13.7%)、十四酸(11.7%)、二十二碳六烯酸(10.2%)、十六烯酸(7.39%)、亚油酸(2.04%)。

摘  要:
The extraction of oil in Antarctic krill by organic solvent was investigated.Extraction process was studied through single factor's test and orthogonal experiment,and the optimization conditions of it were listed as follows:the absolute alcohol was suitable as extraction solvent.And the yield was 19.60g/100g(dry basis),when it was extracted at 65℃ for 3h,powder of krill:complex of organic solvent ratio 1:9(w:v).Fatty acid constituents in krill oil were analyzed and determined by gas chromatography.The main result showed that the major fatty acid constituents were C16:0(29.3%),C22:0(20.1%),C14:0(11.7%)of SFA,C18:1(13.7%) and C16:1(7.39%)of MUFA,DHA(10.2%) and C18:2(2.04%) of PUFA.
