摘  要:
MicroRNA(miRNA)作为一种基因表达的内源性负调控因子广泛存在于植物中,通过与响应非生物胁迫有关基因的mRNA互补配对从而在转录后水平调控基因表达。miRNA在植物耐受非生物胁迫方面发挥着重要作用。综述了miRNA参与植物耐受低氮、低磷、缺硫、干旱、温度、氧化、重金属等不同非生物胁迫的分子机制及作用方式,并对其可能的作用机理作出展望。

摘  要:
MicroRNA(miRNA) widely exists in plants as an endogenous negative regulatory factor for gene express, and it can regulate gene express through complementary mRNA paring in gene related to response abiotic stress at the transcript level. The miRNA plays an important role in tolerance of abiotic stress in plants. It reviewed the molecular system and the action mode of miRNA participating in tolerance of different abiotic stresses(low nitrogen, low phosphor, lacking sulphur, dry, temperature, oxidation and heavy metals) in plants, and it also prospected its possible action mechanism.
