木薯酒糟干法疏水改性研究

摘  要:
[目的]对木薯酒糟进行干法疏水改性,使其表面包覆一层疏水性物质,以利于促进与塑料基体的界面相容性。[方法]采用铝酸酯偶联剂对木薯酒糟进行疏水改性处理,通过活化指数指标,考察偶联剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、转速等因素对疏水性能的影响。[结果]偶联剂用量6%,反应温度100℃,反应时间10 min,转速1 100 r/min,可获得活化指数91.33%的较为理想的疏水效果。[结论]木薯酒糟经改性后由亲水性表面转变为强疏水性表面。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to modify the cassava lees and coat its surface with a layer of hydrophobic materials,so as to promote the compatibility with plastic substrate in the interface.[Method] Cassava lees were hydrophobically modified with aluminate used as the coupling agent.The effects of such factors as quantity of coupling agent,reaction temperature,reaction time,and rotational speed etc.on the hydrophobic properties were studied through activation index.[Result] The ideal hydrophobic effect would be obtained under the conditions of 6% coupling agent,100 ℃ temperature,10 min activation time,and 1 100 r/min rotational speed,under these conditions the activation index was 91.33%.[Conclusion] Cassava lees changed from hydrophilic surface into hydrophobic surface through hydrophobic modification.
