基于Vague集的森林资源审计评价方法研究——以福建省顺昌县国有林场为例

摘  要：
森林资源审计对森林可持续经营管理具有重要的现实与理论价值。文章以福建省顺昌县国有林场为例,建立由政策(制度)、财务和资源3个方面26个指标构成的森林资源审计评价指标体系,基于Vague集的理论建立评价模型,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,对顺昌县国有林场森林资源进行审计评价。计算结果表明:顺昌县国有林场2012年森林资源审计评价结果隶属于"优",表明其森林资源经营管理状况良好。

摘  要：
Forest resources audit has important practical and theoretical values to the sustainable forest management.Taking Shunchang state-owned forest farm as an example,this paper established a 35-indicator forest resources audit evaluation system composed by policy,finance,resources and benefits and a evaluation model based on the vague set theory.Then this paper used AHP to give weight for each indicator to conduct the audit evaluation.The results showed that the quantitative scores of the forest resources audit evaluation grades for Shunchang Stateowned Forest Farm in year 2012 belonged to"excellent"grade,indicating a good operating condition of forest resources management in Shunchang State-owned Forest Farm.
