本文从高等教育与市场经济三个方面的关系和构建与市场经济相适应的高等教育新体制的五个方面 ,对如何既要按照市场经济的客观要求积极推动高等教育改革 ,又要根据教育的双重性遵循教育自身规律构建新体制 ,推动高等教育健康稳定发展 ,谈了一些认识。

This article states some knowledge that how to promote actively reform of higher education according to the objective demand of market economy as well as how to promote healthily and stably development of higher education according to dualism of education to establish new system by abiding the rule of education,which is discussed from three relations of higher education and market economy and five aspects of establishing new system to adapt market economy.
