酒泉市非耕地日光温室茄子栽培基质的筛选

摘  要:
试验以‘紫阳长茄’为材料,以发酵腐熟的牛粪、秸秆、菇渣、草炭、炉渣、蛭石和沙石为基质原料,通过材料不同体积比例的搭配,设置10种不同基质配方,测定不同配比基质栽培下茄子植株生长、干鲜质量、果实产量进行定期测量.结果表明:在配方B(秆∶牛粪∶草炭∶蛭石∶河沙=2∶3.5∶1∶1∶2.5)、配方E(秸秆∶牛粪∶草炭∶河沙=2∶3.5∶1∶3.5)、配方C(秸秆∶牛粪∶草炭∶蛭石∶河沙=2∶2.5∶2∶1∶2.5)下栽培的茄子,其植株长势强、产量高、物质积累能力较强,比较适宜非耕地温室茄子栽培.在配方I(秸秆∶牛粪∶炉渣∶菇渣=4∶2∶3∶1)下栽培的茄子,其植株长势较弱,物质积累量少,产量较低,所以不适合非耕地温室茄子的栽培.

摘  要:
In order to improve the utilization of non-arable land,non-arable land suitable for the cultivation of eggplant was elected.Experiment was carried out in Suzhou District,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province,the study area is located in central western end of the Hexi Corridor,is a typical inland arid desert oasis irrigated agricultural area.Taking‘Ziyang eggplant'as material,fermented maize straw and cow dung,turf,mushroom residue,vermiculite,slag,rover sand as the substrate materials,through the material with different volume ratio,set ten different matrix formulations.The effects of different proportions cultivation on eggplant growth,fruit yield and dry and fresh weight were studied.The results showed formula B(maize straw∶cowdung∶turf∶vermiculite∶rover sand=2∶3.5∶1∶1∶2.5),formula E(maize straw∶cow dung∶turf∶rover sand=2∶3.5∶1∶3.5)and formula C(maize straw∶cow dung∶turf∶vermiculite∶rover sand=2∶2.5∶2∶1∶2.5)were all optimum for eggplant cultivation.Formula I(maize straw∶cow dung∶slag∶mushroom residue=4∶2∶3∶1)was unfit for eggplant cultivation,under this formula,the plant growth was weak,substance accumulation was few and the yield was low.
