正交试验优选联苯肼酯γ-环糊精的包合工艺

摘  要:
研究γ-环糊精包合联苯肼酯的制备工艺。以γ-环糊精与联苯肼酯的物质的量之比、包合时间、包合温度为考察因素,以包合物收率和联苯肼酯包合率的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺,确定最佳包合工艺条件为n(γ-环糊精)∶n(联苯肼酯)=1∶1,搅拌时间为5 h,包合温度为30℃。该工艺联苯肼酯包合率及包合物收率较高,包合效果良好。

摘  要:
The optimum inclusion process conditions for bifenzate using γ-cyclodextrin were studied.The inclusion technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the mole ratio of γ-cyclodextrin to bifenzate,inclusion time,inclusion temperature as factors and with the yield and the inclusion rate as indexes for evaluation.The optimum inclusion conditions were established as the follow: n(γ-cyclodextrin)∶n(bifenazate)=1∶1,the inclusion temperature at 30℃ for5 h.The technology was effective with high yield and inclusion rate.
