摘 要:
试验以8年生‘红地球’葡萄为试材,以露地栽培为对照,比较研究日光温室延后栽培中葡萄叶片内源激素(IAA、ZT、ABA)的动态变化,探究日光温室条件下温度与内源激素的调控机理.结果 显示,露地栽培与日光温室延后栽培葡萄内源激素动态变化趋势整体趋于一致.IAA和ZT含量呈双峰变化曲线,整个6月和7月底适温季节出现高峰值,7月中旬高温季节出现低谷值;ABA含量则在7月中旬出现高峰值;9月中旬低温季节IAA和ZT含量开始急剧下降,ABA含量开始急剧上升;但此后日光温室延后栽培葡萄ABA含量明显保持较低水平,ZT和IAA保持较高水平,较露地栽培均差异显著.此时露地环境日均温度为18.43℃,说明低于此温度时,应及时对设施延后栽培葡萄进行扣棚管理,以增温保温,抑制ABA形成,延长生育期.

Through studying dynamic changes of endogenous hormones(IAA, ZT, ABA) in 8-year-old 'Red Globe' grapevine leaves under delayed cultivation in greenhouse compared with open ?eld cultivation, to explore mechanism of temperature and endogenous hormone regulation under delayed cultivation in greenhouse. The results showed that the trend of dynamic changes of endogenous hormones in open ?eld and delayed cultivation of grapevine leaves tended to the same phenomenon. The content of IAA and ZT showed a bimodal curve, the high peak value appeared in the warm season at June and the end of July, and the valley value appeared in the hot season in mid-July, but ABA content peaked in mid-July. From mid-September, in the low temperature season, IAA and ZT content began to decline sharply, ABA content began to rise sharply. However, ABA content of delayed cultivation grape remained at a lower level, while ZT and IAA remained at a higher level, with signi?cant differences compared with open field cultivation. At this time, the average daily temperature of open-field environment was 18.43 ℃,indicating that when the temperature was below 18.43 ℃, the delayed cultivation should be timely cover with plastic?lm, to enhance temperature and keep warm, inhibited ABA formation, and extend the grape growth period.
