高校实践创新型人才培养体系研究

摘  要：
创新和实践能力的培养是建立创新型社会对人才的需要,是高校教育改革的重要内容。目前国内大学生的创新实践能力培养模式尚不完善,与国外还存在一定的差距。以培养大学生创新和实践能力为目的,借鉴国外先进的大学生创新实践能力培养模式、方法和经验,结合日常创新实践教学工作中取得的经验,提出了一套切实可行的人才培养模式,以期为提高应用型人才培养质量提供参考。

摘  要：
Innovation and practice ability training is not only necessary for the construction of innovative society, but also an important part of higher education reform. At present there is still room for the improvement of the innovation and practice ability training mode in domestic college students, and there is still a certain gap with that of developed countries. Referring the advanced mode, methods and experience of the innovation and practice ability training of college students in other countries and combining the experience obtained from our routine teaching work of innovation and practice, a set of feasible talent training mode were put forward in this study with the goal to cultivate the innovation and practice ability of college students. The viewpoints rendered by this paper may provide reference for the quality improvement of practical talents training.
