猪肉消费特征挖掘与食用安全风险分析

摘  要:
猪肉是一种典型的信任品,其风险是隐含的,消费者一定程度上可以通过自身消费决策规避猪肉消费潜在风险。消费决策依赖于消费者属性特征变量,特征变量的不同取值将风险诱致最终消费过程中。该文利用粗集理论,在调查数据的基础上识别消费者决策规则和依赖属性,通过对消费者决策规则的分析,发现诱致风险的特征变量,并提出消费者风险控制措施和建议。

摘  要:
Pork is a kind of typical credence goods,and its risk is implicit.To a certain extent,consumers can evade the potential risk of pork consumption through their own consuming decisions.The consuming decision depends on the characteristic variables of consumer's attribute,the difference fetching values of the characteristic variables lead the risk to the final process of consumption.By the use of the rough set theory and based on the census data,consumer’s decision rule and dependent attributes are identified.After analysis of consumer’s decision rule,the characteristic variables which can reduce the risk are found and the measure and the suggestion of consumer's risk control are proposed.
