罗汉果航天早熟突变体种质的生物学性状比较与应用

摘  要:
罗汉果航天早熟突变体是首次在罗汉果育种中发现的特异种质,为了进一步了解和利用其优良性状,将罗汉果航天种质与常规罗汉果、野生罗汉果种质的生育周期、形态特征、果实含量、授粉雄株选择等特性进行比较和应用分析。结果表明:罗汉果航天早熟突变体雌株具备整个生育期长,果实大、重、早熟性,高甜苷含量的优势性状;在授粉雄株的选择中,以航天早熟雌株×航天雄株的组合最佳。这2种航天种质具有很好的应用前景和推广价值,为今后罗汉果栽培和育种新方向提供了材料来源。

摘  要:
The early maturity mutant of aerospace Siraitia grosvenorii C.Jeffrey was a special germplasm that is found for the first time in breeding.In order to further understand and utilizeits superior characteristics,the traits included growth stages,morphological characteristics,fruit quality and mating systems of different breeds of males and females amony aerospace S.grosvenorii,normal S.grosvenorii and natural S.grosvenorii were compared and analysed.The results showed that the female early maturity mutant of aerospace S.grosvenorii had excellent characteristics as follows,longer whole growth stages,bigger and heavier fruit,earlier maturity,higher content of mogroside V,and the optimal mating system of female early maturity× male aerospace S.grosvenorii.The two breeds of aerospace germplasm had brigt prospects for application and promotional value,and they could serve as the resources for a new direction of Siraitia grosvenorii planting and breeding in the future.
