不同水稻品种潜根线虫侵染率测定与分析

摘  要:
为了提供针对水稻潜根线虫(rice-root nematode,RRN)的抗性研究材料,以及从抗侵染的角度了解水稻品种抗线虫的差异,通过测定线虫侵染率(IR)的方法,比较了采自合肥和六安的2组RRN(H组和L组)在协优57等13个水稻品种上的IR。经形态学鉴定,2组线虫均鉴定为Hirschmanniella oryzae。结果表明,供试的13个水稻品种全部受到RRN的侵染,2组RRN在协优57和M99037中的IR均为0.3%,显著低于在其他品种中的IR(P<0.01),同时还发现同一水稻品种中2组RRN的IR、同组RRN在不同水稻品种中的IR存在显著差异(P<0.05),H组和L组在皖稻63中的IR分别为0.3%和10.0%,H组在中籼103和协优57的IR分别为17.0%和0.3%,这表明H.oryza有一定的生理分化。研究还发现,在某些水稻品种中,2组RRN在同一品种中的侵染率无显著差异,推测有些品种可能存在潜在的普遍性抗侵染能力。

摘  要:
For the aim to provide material for the research of the resistance against rice-root nematode(Hirschmanniella spp,RRN),and to investigate the difference of resistance among the varieties of rice from a perspective of their resistance against nematode infection,the method of measurement of infection ratio(IR) was employed to compare the IR of two groups of nematode sampled from Hefei and Lu′an,respectively(here referred to as H-group and L-group,) in thirteen varieties of rice including Xieyou 57.Both groups were morphologically identified as Hirschmanniella oryzae.The result shows that all thirteen varieties were infected by RRN,and that the IR in Xieyou 57 and M99037 are both 0.3%,significantly lower than that in other varieties(P<0.01).It also shows significant difference between the IR of two groups of RRN in the same variety of rice,and among the IR of the same group of RRN in different varieties of rice(P<0.05).For instance,the IR in Wandao 63 of H-group and L-group were 0.3% and 10.0%,respectively;and the IR of H-group in Zhongxian 103 and Xieyou 57 were 17.0% and 0.3%,respectively,indicating physiological differentiation among H.oryzae.The result also shows invariance between the IR of the two groups in some certain varieties of rice,suggesting a potential common resistance in them against RRN infection.
