微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定石仙桃中六种金属元素的含量

摘  要:
运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了石仙桃中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn6种金属元素。用浓硝酸-双氧水微波消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定。所测定的石仙桃中含有丰富的人体必需金属元素,采用此方法回收率在94.5%~108.0%之间。本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。

摘  要:
s: In the paper, the content of six trace elements was direct analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy including Fe,Cu,Mg,Ca,Mn,Zn in Pholidota chinensis Lindl.of Gannan.The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3 and H2O2, The method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method.The results showed that the Pholidota chinensis Lindl.embrace lots of trace elements which was necessary for people.The recoveries of these microelements were between 94.5% to 108.0%.The result of the method is accuracy and satisfactory.
