摘  要:
研究了Mn2+和Mo6+对棉花种子发芽耐盐性的影响。对苗高、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数4个指标的测定结果显示:Mn2+和Mo6+混合液浸种对棉花种子发芽的耐盐性有显著影响,其中以Mn2+浓度1 000 mg/kg与Mo6+浓度200 mg/kg混合液效果最佳。

摘  要:
Effect of Mn~(2+) and Mo~(6+) on the tolerance of cotton seed to salt was studied.The result showed that Mn~(2+) and Mo~(6+)improved some characteristics of the seedling such as the length of seedling,the germination index,the germination rate and the vitality index.Mn~(2+) and Mo~(6+) had significant effect on tolerance of cotton seed to salt and the treatment with the 1?000?mg/kg Mn~(2+) and 200 mg/kg Mo~(6+) was the best.
