摘  要:
叶绿体转化是继核转化之后在基因工程研究中出现的新热点。叶绿体转化具有表达高、可同时进行多基因转化、无基因沉默现象等许多优点。概述了植物叶绿体基因组特点、遗传转化技术原理以及最近研究进展,并对其应用于杂交水稻机械化制种做了初步探索。

摘  要:
Chloroplast is a new hotspot in the field of plant transformation system of plant genetic engineering.Plastid transformation has several advantages:high expression,multiple expressed genes in a single transformation event,absence of gene silencing,et al.In this paper,chloroplast genome characteristics,principle of transformation technology and recent advances were reviecoed.Moreover,a preliminary exploration on the application of chloroplast genetic transformation in mechanized hybrid rice seed production was conducted.
