铝盐絮凝胶清的研究

摘  要:
采用硫酸铝和三氯化铝凝固胶清,并检测三氯化铝凝固胶清所得胶清橡胶的理化性能与力学性能。结果表明:凝固同等体积的胶清,所用三氯化铝量少于硫酸铝量,并建立了胶清量与所用铝盐量的数学模型;与采用硫酸或自然凝固相比,采用三氯化铝凝固所得胶清橡胶力学性能反而比较优异。

摘  要:
This paper introduced that skim is flocculated by aluminum sulfate and aluminum chloride, and the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of skin rubber by aluminum chloride flocculation are detected. The results showed that the amount of aluminum chloride is less than aluminum sulfate in flocculation of the same volume of skim, and the mathematical model is established between the amount of shim and the amount of aluminum salt; Compared to the sulfuric acid or natural solidification, the mechanical properties of skin rubber by aluminum chloride flocculation would be more excellent.
