环境因子对山茱萸种子萌发的影响

摘 要：
采用不同机械处理、水分和盐分等多因素试验设计,探讨了不同环境条件对山茱萸(Macrocarpium officinale)种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,机械处理后的种子萌发率是未处理的种子的5倍;采用机械损伤后的种子进行水分和盐分胁迫试验,发现水分胁迫下种子萌发率呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势,在20%PEG6000处理条件下种子萌发率为52%,与无胁迫状态发芽率53%数据相近,表现出恢复发芽能力现象;盐分胁迫处理中,山茱萸种子在25 mmol/L Na Cl处理条件下比未处理的空白对照的萌发率高5个百分点。

摘 要：
The effects on Macrocarpium officinale seed germination characteristics were investigated by setting different mechanical damage,moisture and salt processing conditions. Under the condition of mechiaical damage,the result showed that M.officinale seed germination rate was five times of control. The influences of drought and salt stress on M. officinale seed germination were studied by using the mechanical injured seed. The data showed drought stress in the germination rate decreased firstly,and then increased,and finally decreased. The seed germination rate was 52% under 20% PEG6000 treatment, and the data was similar with the control(53%), suggested that 20% PEG6000 could recover germination ability. Under 25 mmol/L NaCl treatment, the seed germination rate was five percentage point higher than the control.
