生态系统理论视角下广西人才发展环境研究

摘  要：
基于生态系统理论,从经济环境、成长环境、创新环境和生活环境等四个维度,构建综合评价体系,采用AHP层次分析法,对广西人才发展环境进行分析。研究发现,广西人才发展环境竞争力不足,在全国范围排名第20位,西部地区排名第5位。经济环境是广西人才发展环境的主导因素,但其成长环境、创新环境、生活环境与经济环境匹配度不高,是明显的制约因素。未来,广西应立足区域特色发展优势产业,依托事业平台营造良性人才生态,加大政策支持以补足现实短板。

摘  要：
Based on the ecosystem theory,the comprehensive evaluation system is constructed from the four dimensions of economic environment,growth environment,innovation environment and living environment,and the AHP analytic hierarchy process is adopted to analyze the talent development environment in Guangxi. The research found that there is not enough competitive Guangxi's talent development environment,ranking the 20 st in the national scope and ranking the 5 th in the western region,the economic environment is the leading factor,but the growth environment,the innovation environment,the living environment and the economic environment are not well matched,which is the obvious restrictive factor.Guangxi should develop advantageous industries based on regional characteristics,build a sound talent ecology relying on the business platform,and increase policy support to make up for the shortage of reality.
