摘 要：
湛江海峡两岸农业合作试验区自设立以来,对湛江市农业,尤其是水果、花卉苗木产业的发展起着探索和引领作用,推动了地区产业融合发展,为同行业的发展做出很好的示范。在"十四五"规划的开局之年,根据其建设指引,对湛江海峡两岸农业合作试验区北核心区进行探索研究,发现试验区的高质量发展面临统筹不协调、规划配套不完善、数字化信息平台建设不充足、发展资助不到位、协同创新不高效等问题。通过调研分析,就试验区的统筹力、持久力、影响力、爆发力、创新力等优化发展提出了相应的对策。

摘 要：
Zhanjiang cross-strait agricultural cooperation experimental zone since its inception,to Zhanjiang agriculture,especially the development of fruits,flowers,nursery stock industry plays an exploration and leading role,to promote the development of regional industrial integration and making a good demonstration for the development of the industry. In the first year of the“14 th Five-Year Plan”,according to its construction guidelines,the north core area of the Zhanjiang cross-strait agricultural cooperation experimental zone was explored and studied. It was found that the high quality development of the experimental zone was faced with problems such as uncoordinated overall planning,incomplete planning,insufficient digital information platform construction,insufficient development funding,and inefficient collaborative innovation. Through investigation and analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the optimization development of the experimental area,such as overall planning power,endurance,influence,explosive power and innovation power.
