统筹粮食安全与生态安全问题——以河南省粮食核心区为例

摘  要：
生态安全是粮食安全的重要基础和必要条件,事关粮食的产量与质量。河南是全国第一产粮大省。以河南省粮食核心区为例,从实现我国粮食安全的战略高度,阐述了建设粮食核心区、实现粮食安全的重要作用,论证了粮食安全与生态安全的辩证关系,分析了区域生态环境状况及面临形势,提出了保障生态安全的关键措施。

摘  要：
Ecological security is an important basis and necessary condition for food security which is related to the grain yield and quality.Henan is the first major grain-producing province.The important role of food security and the construction of the core food area were described in this paper from a strategic height of food security,Henan Province,as an example,while the dialectical relationship between ecological security and food security was demonstrated and the situation of the regional ecological environment was analysized and the key measures were finally proposed to protect the ecological security.
