降解六六六低温单菌的选育研究

摘  要:
[目的]为低温条件下应用微生物降解六六六提供技术资料。[方法]以从某农药厂筛选的抗农药菌株1号菌、2号菌、3号菌为供试菌种,以六六六为唯一碳源对其进行培养,筛选降解六六六的优势菌株;通过正交试验确定优势菌株对六六六降解的最佳pH值、接菌量和NH4Cl、KH2PO4、MgSO4添加量条件,并在最佳降解条件下对其进行驯化培养。[结果]2号菌对六六六4种异构体的降解率均高于其他菌株;六六六的最佳降解条件为:2号菌株为降解菌,接菌量8%,NH4Cl、KH2PO4、MgSO41.2、0.3、0.1 g/L,此条件下,六六六的降解率为45.23%;驯化30 d后,2号菌株对六六六的降解率由45.23%提高到54.68%。[结论]2号菌为降解六六六的最佳菌株,驯化培养可提高其对六六六的降解能力。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to provide the technical data for the application of microorganism in degrading hexachlorocyclohexane(BHC) under low temperature.[Method] With anti-pesticide strain 1,2,3 screened from a insecticide factory as the tested strains,they were cultivated with BHC as the unique carbon resource to screen the dominant degrading strain on BHC.Through the orthogonal test,the optimum pH value,inoculated quantity and addition of NH4Cl,KH2PO4,MgSO4 for the dominant strain degrading BHC were determined.And the dominant strain was cultured and acclimated at the optimal degradation conditions.[Result] The degradation rates of strain 2 on 4 kinds of isomers of BHC were higher than those of other strains.The optimum condition for degrading BHC was that strain 2 was taken as degradation strain,inoculated quantity of 8% and addition of NH4Cl,KH2PO4,MgSO4 of 1.2,0.3,0.1 g/L resp.Under the optimum condition,the degradation rate of BHC was 45.23%.After 30 d of acclimation,the degradation rate of strain 2 on BHC was increased from 45.23% to 54.68%.[Conclusion] Strain 2 was the optimum degradation strain on degrading BHC and its degradation ability on BHC could be increased by acclimatization culture.
