摘  要:
大麦苗粉由新鲜的大麦嫩茎叶加工而成,含丰富的蛋白质、酶、维生素、矿物质等营养活性物质。本文综述大麦苗粉降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、预防便秘等功能的研究进展。

摘  要:
Barley leaves powder is rich in nutritional and bioactive presences,including protein,enzyme,vitamin,mineral substance,which is made of fresh barley plants. The paper reviewed research advancements of multiple physiological functions of barley leaves powder such as hypolipidemic function,hypoglycemic function,anti-tumour,prevention of constipation and so on.
