拨禾轮自动控制系统设计

摘  要:
为了满足电驱动联合收割机对拨禾轮提出的可靠性和适时性要求,在电驱动联合收割机的基础上,以带有PCA的P89C51RX2系列单片机系统为核心,探讨了如何通过电液比例换向阀和变频器驱动电机分别对拨禾轮的位置和转速实施自动控制。由此所设计的拨禾轮自动控制系统基本上能满足联合收割机当前的作业要求。

摘  要:
To meet the timeliness and reliability required by electric drive combine, this paper which regarded series of MCU (P89C51RX2 with PCA) as the core discussed the design of reel automation system about position controlled by EP solenoid valves and velocity controlled by frequency motor based on electric drive combine. The reel automation system could meet basically the working requirement at present.
