在干旱和水胁迫影响下盆栽垂穗披碱草中矿物元素蓄积性初探

摘 要:
为了解释高寒草地植物中矿物元素蓄积增加的机理,通过盆栽垂穗披碱草在干旱和水胁迫影响试验处理,试验样品的采集与分析,结果表明:干旱和水胁迫影响下盆栽垂穗披碱草中矿物元素均具有蓄积增加的趋势,且Cu、Cr、Cd等微量元素具有显著性差异(P<0.05),是其对干旱或水胁迫等环境变化的适应与响应,也是矿物元素饥饿效应假说理论的再检验,而生物矿物元素饥饿效应是矿物元素蓄积分异行为发生的内动力之一。

摘 要:
To explain the mechanism of mineral elements accumulation characteristic in alpine grassland plants,cultivated alpine grassland plants such as Elymus nutans was treated with droughts and water stress,then the samples were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the accumulation of mineral elements in the droughts and water stress control group were significant difference( P <0.05) such as Cu、Cr、Cd,and the accumulation of mineral elements in the Potted Elymus nutans was the response and adaptation to the growth environments,and that was a reinspection for the starvation effect hypothesis of mineral elements. However,the"Starvation Effect"may be one of the endogenetic forces for accumulation and differentiation of biological mineral elements.
