摘  要:
可追溯系统是构建食品安全体系的一个重要组成部分,通过国内外可追溯系统研究的现状、个体标识和系统网络架构等关键技术的阐述,运用二维条码技术、RF ID(无线射频电子标识)技术和组件技术,构建了肉用猪及其产品的全程质量控制,实现了基于.NET构架的猪肉安全生产的追溯系统。

摘  要:
The traceability system plays an important role in food safety system.The article introduces actualities of internal and(overseas) traceability system,individual marker and system network frame.Using two-dimension bar code,RFID,.NET framework and component technology,the pork traceability was implemented.It will realize the whole process monitoring and control of pork and pork production.
