摘  要：
围绕润滑油经气缸、活塞、活塞环流入燃烧室的途径 ,介绍了气缸内表面的粗糙度和失圆方向、活塞顶岸与气缸套的间隙、油环的追随性系数、油环的重量、油环与气缸壁的接触面压、第一道环的闭口间隙、滑动面和梯形环角度等因素对润滑油消耗量的影响。

摘  要：
One way of pollutants control is to reduce the lube oil consumption. Generally the lube oil routes to the combustion chamber may be through the piston, the piston ring, or the cylinder wall. Some factors influencing the lube oil consumption are studied in this paper. These factors include the roughness of cylinder wall, the direction out of round, the clearance between piston top land and cylinder barrel, the coefficient of oil ring adaptability, the oil ring mass, the surface pressure between oil ring and cylinder barrel, the compressed gap of the top piston ring, the sliding surface shape of top piston ring, and the angle of keystone ring. The relations between the lube oil consumption and these factors are presented, which can be of value to the improvement of the lube oil consumption.
