基于机械控制的一种适应于拖拉机、收获机的SCR系统

摘  要:
结合选择性催化还原(SCR)技术的原理,分别就是否有电控参与说明了其在拖拉机、收获机上使用的情况。针对无电控参与情况,提出了一种基于机械控制的SCR系统,并就其针对废气流量的跟随性进行仿真。仿真结果表明,基于机械控制的SCR系统在低速、加速不复杂的工况下,能够根据所排废气量控制还原剂的喷射量。该系统适用于拖拉机、收获机的工作状态。

摘  要:
Based on the principle of SCR technology,the paper introduced the SCR application in tractors and harvesters with or without electric control system.For engine without electric control system,a SCR system based on mechanical control is put forward,and the following performance of waste gas flow is simulated.The simulation results show that under low speed condition and acceleration condition,the SCR system based on mechanical control can adjust the reductant's spray quantity according to waste gas flow.The SCR system is suitable for tractors and harvesters.
