装配式施工一线工程师高本贯通培养对策研究

摘 要：
装配式建筑产业是我国建筑业未来发展的新增长极.基于国家和辽宁省装配式建筑发展的人才需求,高职院校的培养目标、培养条件、培养层次已经难以满足产业发展的需要.将装配式一线人才的培养规格定位在装配式施工一线工程师,并推动高职院校和本科院校实现贯通培养是比较合理的选择,具体措施包括开展专业、学科布局和结构动态调整,创新贯通培养模式,改革贯通式课程体系和内容,培养具有工匠精神的"装配式施工一线工程师",建立新型"双师"素质教师队伍,建立信息化管理和协作的贯通培养教学保障体系等.

摘 要：
Fabricated construction industry is a new growth pole for the future development of Chinas construction industry. In order to meet the demand of fabricated construction talent,present training objectives,cultivation conditions and cultivation levels in higher vocational colleges have been difficult to meet the needs of industrial development. It is a reasonable choice to locate the training objectives of fabricated construction front-line talents in the front-line engineers of fabricated construction and to promote the realization of through-line training in higher vocational colleges and university.
