In this paper, the patent competition situation of domestic sea cucumber industry is analyzed, including patent application volume, publicity and evolution stage, main technical fields,main applicants, regional analysis of patent validity period and development trend of technology in main fields, in order to provide reference for the development of domestic sea cucumber industry and related practitioners.
