正交方法萃取花椒油优化工艺研究

摘 要:
采用超临界CO2法,以花椒为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验设计,探讨了花椒粉粒度、萃取压力、时间和温度等因素对花椒油萃取率的影响。结果表明最佳工艺参数为:花椒粉粒度为60目,萃取压力30 MPa,萃取时间2.0 h,萃取温度40℃,CO2流量40 L/h。在此条件下,油脂萃取率可达7.68%以上。

摘 要:
Zanthoxylum bungeanum was taken as the experimental material,the oil extraction process was studied by using single factor and orthogonal experiment design,and the influences of some factors such as particle size of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction ratio of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil were examined by the method of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.The best technical parameters were obtained as follows: 60 mesh particle size of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction time 2.0 h,extraction temperature 40 ℃ and flux of carbon dioxide 40 L/h.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil could reach above 7.68%.
