60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂防治柑橘树脂病试验

摘  要:
通过室内毒力试验测定了60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂及添加助剂对柑橘树脂病病原菌的毒力,并通过田间药效试验探索了60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂及添加助剂对柑橘树脂病的防治效果.室内毒力测定结果表明:60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂、60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂+哈速腾、60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂+甘键对柑橘树脂病病原菌的EC50分别为0.425μg/mL、0.409μg/mL、0.404μg/mL,各处理间差异不显著,但添加助剂甘键、哈速腾后对60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂的毒力有一定程度的提高.大田试验结果同样显示各药剂处理间药效差异不显著,但对柑橘叶片树脂病的防治效果均在80%以上,对柑橘贮藏期果实树脂病的防治效果均在90%以上.

摘  要:
In this experiment, the virulence of 60% pyraclostrobin·metiram WDG against Diaporthe medusaea(Nitsehke) was tested by laboratory toxicity determination, and the effects of 60%pyraclostrobin·metiram WDG and addition of additives on citrus melanosis were explored through field efficacy test. The results of laboratory toxicity determination showed that the EC50 of 60% pyraclostrobin·metiram WDG,60% pyraclostrobin·metiram WDG + Hasuteng and 60% pyraclostrobin·metiram WDG+Ganjian on pathogens of citrus melanosis were 0.425 μg/mL, 0.409 μg/mL and 0.404 μg/mL, respectively. The differences between the treatments were not significant. However, the toxicity of 60% pyraclostrobin·metiram WDG was improved by adding additives. The results of the field test also showed that the differences in efficacy between the treatments were not significant, but the control effects of three treatments on leave black spot disease were above 80%, and that on fruit black spot disease were above 90%.
