纽荷尔脐橙皮挥发油的GC-MS分析

摘 要:
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取湖北秭归产纽荷尔脐橙(Citrus sinensis Osb.)皮中的挥发油,利用GC-MS分析其化学组成,并通过峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对质量分数。结果表明,湖北秭归产纽荷尔脐橙鲜果皮共分离出56种组分,鉴定了50种挥发性化学成分,其中19个成分是首次从脐橙果皮挥发油中鉴定。在该挥发油中,柠檬烯含量最高达95.034%、其次是β-月桂烯1.309%。湖北秭归产纽荷尔橙皮与其他地区橙皮挥发油的主要化学成分基本相同,但各成分含量存在明显差异,朱栾倍半萜是其特有的主要成分。

摘 要:
The volatile oil in the peel of ‘Newhall’ navel orange(Citrus sinensis Osb.) from Zigui in Hubei province was extracted by steam distillation,and then the composition of oil was analyzed by GC-MS.Chromatographic peak area normalization method was used to calculate the relative mass fraction of each ingredient.The results showed that 56 kinds of ingredients were isolated from the peel,50 kinds of ingredients were identified,and 19 kinds of ingredients were identified first.Limonene was the highest composition,which was up to 95.034%,followed by β-myrcene 1.309%.In a conclusion,the main ingredients of volatile oil in the peel of ‘Newhall’ navel orange from Zigui were similar with those from other places,but the content of each ingredient was obvious different,the characteristic ingredient was Zhuluan sesquiterpene.
